Who can use BUZZ
You must be at least the minimum age listed on the event you’re booking (typically 20+). Venues and door staff verify age on entry.
Bookings and payments
RSVPs are free. Paid tickets + table deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the venue. Slip uploads are reviewed within a few hours by an admin; rejection means your seat is released.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate speech, or threats in messages or plans.
- No impersonation of venues, promoters, or other users.
- No automated scraping or abuse of the recommendation engine.
- No commercial promotion outside the promoter program at /promoter.
Violations get warned, then suspended. Use the report flow to flag content; admins triage in /admin/reports.
Venue + promoter responsibilities
Venue owners control their events, guest lists, and door staff via the venue dashboard. They’re responsible for license compliance, age checks, and event delivery. BUZZ is the booking layer, not the venue operator.
Liability
BUZZ is provided as-is. We’re not liable for venue conduct, cancellations, or anything that happens at events. Use common sense about safety, ride home, and consumption.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get an in-app banner. By continuing to use BUZZ after a change, you accept the new terms.
